What is the process?
First we have an in-home consultation where we will show you a sample cabinet door, and some quartz samples. We will discuss the process in detail, take some measurements, and answer any questions you may have. With your product selections and measurements in hand, we will complete and send you your quote. If you would like to proceed, we will book your two-week work window and you’re ready to begin!
Your 10-day kitchen makeover starts with us removing your existing sink, countertops, and backsplash. All you have to do is clear off the countertops.
Day 2 begins the process of refinishing your existing cabinets so that they look like new, with that “fresh from the factory” look and feel. We do this using our low VOC waterborne lacquer and automotive quality spray system. Once we finish the refinish, we take care of some small details like installing your new handles or soft closes hinges, and it’s the end of Day 5.
The following week we will install the new quartz countertops, sink, and backsplash of your choice. By Wednesday of Week 2, you’re ready to use your new kitchen!
How long am I without my kitchen?
From day one to day five we will need to fully enclose the kitchen which means no access to the kitchen. On the weekend you can access your kitchen again but you will be without counters or a backsplash. After the countertop and backsplash install (typically Wednesday of Week 2) you can use your kitchen as usual!
